Stella was first recommended to us by a builder’s agent as we were looking for someone to give us a realistic price on what we could list our home for. We’d vetted another agent before Stella and felt that he was unprepared and hadn’t done his research. The first meeting we had with Stella, we knew almost instantly that we wanted her on our team. Stella came prepared to our meeting, having done research on the market area our home was in and having pulled many comps to give us a realistic idea of what we could list at. Fast forward several months and Stella had our house listed and under contract within a single weekend. After selling our home, we decided that we wanted to build and thank goodness we used Stella as our agent for that process.
